Try Firefox.....I've not had any of the problems you mention.
ok.....download hello.
then you can select pics on your hd, caption them and post them on the blog.
hello is designed as a photo sharing program. one of your "friends" is bloggerbot. select that. then up on the menu make sure you have the blog selected.
then go ahead and post.
it should show up on the blog pretty quick..
